Improving the management processes and performance of participating organisations will help them act as capable and reliable producers of products and services. It will also improve their capabilities as employers who support the empowerment of employees and creation of pathways to the (open) labour market. The Finnish DP is equally interested in developing models for measuring and demonstrating social impacts of social enterprises and similar organisations. td> |
